You buy credits once and spend them on trips. There is no subscription, no commission on anything you book, and no markup hidden in a partner deal — a two-week trip is one credit a head, from £1.

What a trip costs
Each member of a trip spends credits based on how long the trip runs.

Worked examples
- Six friends, ten days away: one credit each, six credits in total across the group. Everyone buys their own, or one person buys a bundle and the rest join on theirs.
- Four people, a three-week trip: two credits each, eight in total.
- A weekend for two: one credit each. If it never happens, both credits come back.
Refunds and expiry
- 14 days to change your mind. Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within 14 days, at what you paid.
- Don't want to join in after all? No problem — leave the trip before you get involved and get your credit back. Simple.
- 12-month automatic refund. Any credit still unused twelve months after you bought it is refunded to you automatically at its purchase price. You don't have to ask, and nothing quietly expires.

Why credits and not a subscription
Most people plan one or two group trips a year. A monthly subscription bills you for the ten months you aren't travelling, and a free planner has to earn its money somewhere else — usually by steering your group toward whichever hotel or tour pays the best commission. Charging once per trip keeps the incentives clean: we're paid by the people using the app, not by the places they stay, so nothing in the product is trying to sell you anything.
Pricing questions
Does everyone in the group need to pay?
Each member spends a credit for their own seat, but credits are transferable in practice — one organiser can buy a bundle and cover the group.
Do credits expire?
No. If they're still unused after twelve months we refund them to you rather than keeping them.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every new account gets a sandbox trip with fictional members and fictional currency, so you can walk the whole flow without spending a credit.
Is tax included?
Headline prices are shown excluding tax. 20% UK VAT is shown beneath and is added at checkout for UK buyers; other countries are calculated at checkout.
